Our software is designed to the highest standards. With other software and windows getting regular updates, there maybe system changes that stop our software functioning correctly. If our software does not function correcrtly you will always get an Program Error Screen giving you the:
- Version of the Program you are using
- Error Code ( this maybe a simply 1, 2 or 3 digit code )
- Line Number ( could be a 1, 2, 3, 4 or 5 dgiit code )
Priority Support will be giving to Registered Users, other bugs, errors or enhancements will be subject of inclusion by activeware.
